Morris Development has four main application bases:
Call Management, Contact Organization, Tracking Systems, and Automated Reporting Systems.
Each application has a distinct focus and can be used alone, or applications can
be combined to work as a system.
Morris Development is committed to efficient practice. Rather than develop customized systems from scratch, we use "modules". Basically, these are
common sections of a database. For example, instead of developing a tool to manage information
about your employees (phone numbers, email, department, etc..) for every client's system, we develop a tool which can
be plugged into any of our systems like a puzzle piece. Our database
modules can go in as-is, or be customized to suit your needs.
Using existing modules for common tasks saves our clients time and money. Our
development staff is able to concentrate and develop the pieces of the
system that are unique to each client, while our clients can continue to design
business plans without having to reinvent the wheel.
User Manager
All of our systems are built with multiple
users in mind. A user manager is included in each module, allowing each user
to be listed in
the database with a password to access the system. The user manager allows an administrator to manage users and have access to the main
system.

Contact Manager
Every professional organization uses a system to keep track of client
information. Often this system is based on paper, Excel, Outlook or in small databases. Unfortunately, these systems
can be unreliable, difficult to use and highly inefficient--they cause you
to lose time and money.
We developed a contact manager which allows our clients to store information using
a database system that is accessible to all relevant employees, even those working offsite.
The Contact Manager is a standard piece of all of our
database systems.

Report Manager
One of the main purposes of any database is to produce reports. Being able to find out
how many calls came in or how many orders were sent out is crucial to any director.
Reports like mailing lists, client lists, order and call histories are integral
to the funding and tracking of any organization. Comprehensive reports
assist you in making decisions.
Our Report Manager creates customized reports from any set of data within the database. Even
the most complex reports can be created easily and then saved, allowing the same report to be
reproduced with new, updated, data at the click of a button. It is
unnecessary to spend hours, days and sometimes week producing a report.
Like the User and Contact Managers, this report manager is a distinct module that is part of all of our systems.
