PreschoolDB is an online tool specifically designed to manage preschools. Our school managers can guide a child from being an Applicant to Graduate with ease. Working from a laptop or even a phone, staff members can quickly update contact information, pickup authorizations, allergy information, online billing and even bulk mailing alerts.
Additionally, the system has a Parent Portal module, where parents can log in and see the contact information of other parents in their child’s class (if they have authorized it). This avoids numerous calls to the office when parents are trying to set up play-dates and parties. Online access to weekly notes, events and forms are also key tools to enhance parent communication while reducing office costs.
